How Ideal Charter works

A bit like Airbnb for boats — with a package builder instead of a fixed menu.

1. Guests build a package

Choose duration, captain tier, catering, jet skis, Maya Bay routes, park fees, champagne — whatever the owner offers. The total builds live.

2. We handle the booking & cash

Ideal Charter takes a 20% service fee for taking the booking, handling payment, and keeping both sides organised. Owners receive 80%.

3. Reviews both ways

After the trip, guests review boats and owners. Owners can leave notes on guests. Trust compounds.

Deposits, currency & inbox

30% deposit via Stripe (when keys are set) locks the day; balance is settled before departure.
Prices are stored in USD — switch the header to THB for local display.
Guests and owners message in-thread; each message emails the other side.
Owners manage calendars, photos/videos, and flexible package extras from the Owner desk.
